Terms & Conditions

•  Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1200 hrs noon but at some hotels it is 1400 hrs.
•  Prices are subject to change with any sudden increase in the cost by hotel,transportation department and any new tax by the government. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
•  Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions and special events. A surcharge will be levied
•  Above rates are valid on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together
•  The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange. No refund for un-utilized services
•  Package rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
•  If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of package, you are required to pay the price difference.
•  The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
•  Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
•  In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
•  The SIC Tours in Europe will be starting at a city centre point and the customer will be reaching the point of their own and validate the vouchers before starting the tour.There will be no pick up and drop off from the hotels for SIC Tours unless it is mentioned.
•  Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged
•  Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private
•  Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability
•  For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our me/transport manager at least 48 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability
•  Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
•  No amendment( name changes , date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is guaranteed

Welcome to Newyork. Upon arrival at the Airport you will be met by our local representative who will transfer you to the city hotel.

Day 2

Best of Manhattan Experience SIC ( New York )

Full day professionally guided tour including 90- minute cruise and lunch Featuring the best sights of upper and lower Manhattan from Harlem to Battery Park. Includes a drive along Museum Mile(fifth Avenue) and Central Park to Times Square, Greenwich Village & Financial District. Lunch & ticket for 90-minute cruise are included.

No pick up & drop to Hotel.

Day 3

Full Day excursion to Philadelphia & Amish Country SIC ( New York )

Includes :

-Deluxe climate-controlled motorcoach or van & professional tour guide
-Sightseeing in Philadelphia & Amish Country
-Authentic Amish buggy ride through the Amish farm country

Depart New York through New Jersey and Pennsylvania to the “City of Brotherly Love”, Philadelphia. Arriving in the historic area of Philadelphia we visit the famous Liberty Bell, one of the symbols of freedom in America, Constitution Square and historic Congress Hall. Stroll Elfreth’s Alley, the oldest continuously inhabited street in America. Continue on a panoramic tour of Philadelphia that includes the Financial District, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, historic Philadelphia and more. Before departing Philadelphia we see the famous “Rocky Steps” and then continue to Lancaster County, home of the Amish Community. After a break for lunch on own at the Amish Marketplace we enjoy an authentic Amish buggy ride through the farm country and learn how they live without the benefit of modern technology, no electricity, running water, telephone service or appliances. Late afternoon departure for an evening arrival in New York City.

Day 5

One day excursion to Boston SIC ( New York )

Depart New York along the East Coast through Connecticut to Massachusetts and to its capitol Boston. Our first stop is the city of Cambridge, home of one of the most famous and most prestigious universities in the world, Harvard. Our tour starts with a walk in Harvard Yard, the oldest academic ground in America. We see Widener Library and by tradition, rub the shoe of John Harvard for good luck! Panoramic tour continues by city hall, MIT and Cambridge College, then cross the Charles River and arrive in the center of the intellectual capital of the country. Visit Copley Square with beautiful Trinity Church. Next is a walk along the Freedom Trail through Boston Common(park). We break for lunch at Quincy Market. After lunch on to the site of famous Boston tea party and the navy ship USS Constitution. Late afternoon departure for an evening arrival into New York City.
